Milk chocolate from RUBY cocoa beans.

Each chocolate is made from cocoa beans, a fruit of a tropical tree. However, only this chocolate bar is able to tell the story of its fruity origin. What you might taste as strawberry acidy, actually is a taste of Ruby cocoa beans. Carefully fermented so chocolate can keep its lovely pink color and fruity taste. We add just a pinch of vanilla to reinforce the chocolate character.
